GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – TOKYO COLLECTOR CARD

These terms govern sales made to consumers through the Tokyo Collector Card website.
2. PRODUCTS
Tokyo Collector Card mainly offers collectible Pokémon cards, including individual Japanese cards and cards authenticated and graded by companies such as PSA.
Photographs and descriptions are prepared with care to present each product as accurately as possible.
As individual cards may show signs of wear due to their age or storage, customers are asked to examine the photographs and description carefully before ordering.
For graded cards, the grading company and grade awarded are stated on the product page where applicable.
3. PRICES
Prices are displayed in euros (€).
Subject to continued eligibility for the French VAT exemption scheme applicable to the business, VAT does not apply pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Any delivery charges are shown before the order is finally confirmed.
The applicable price is the price displayed when the order is placed.
4. ORDERS
Customers select the products they wish to order and can check the contents and total amount of their basket before proceeding to payment.
The order is recorded once payment has been approved.
A confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.
If, exceptionally, a product is unavailable or the order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be informed and the relevant amounts will be refunded in accordance with applicable regulations.
5. PAYMENT
The accepted payment methods are those offered on the website when the order is placed.
Payments are processed by the payment service providers available through Shopify. Tokyo Collector Card does not retain the customer’s complete bank details.
6. DELIVERY
Orders may be delivered within mainland France and to the European Union countries offered during checkout.
Shipments are sent via La Poste.
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation, except in exceptional circumstances.
Transit times then vary according to the destination and delivery service used.
The customer must provide an accurate and complete delivery address.
7. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For purchases covered by the statutory right of withdrawal, consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise this right.
Detailed conditions concerning returns, return costs and refunds are set out in the Return and Refund Policy available on the website.
8. STATUTORY GUARANTEES
Products are covered by the applicable statutory guarantees, including the statutory guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions laid down by applicable law.
These rights are not affected by these terms.
9. LIABILITY
Tokyo Collector Card takes due care when describing, protecting and shipping products.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers by law.
10. PERSONAL DATA
Information about the processing of personal data is available in the website’s Privacy Policy.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Original photographs, texts, the logo and graphic elements belonging to Tokyo Collector Card may not be reproduced or used without permission, subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Pokémon and the associated trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Tokyo Collector Card is an independent store and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak or Creatures Inc.

In the event of a dispute, customers are invited to contact Tokyo Collector Card first in order to seek an amicable solution.

14. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions from which a consumer residing in another European Union Member State may benefit.
