SHIPPING POLICY – TOKYO COLLECTOR CARD

1. DELIVERY AREAS

Tokyo Collector Card currently ships orders within mainland France and to the European Union countries available during checkout.

2. ORDER PREPARATION

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not normally prepared or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

During busy periods or in exceptional circumstances, this time frame may exceptionally be extended. The customer will be informed in the event of a significant delay.

3. CARRIAGE

Orders are shipped via La Poste.

Transit times depend on the service used and the destination. They are additional to the preparation time stated above.

When a tracking number is available for the selected shipping method, it is provided to the customer so that they can track their order.

4. DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges are calculated and shown to the customer during checkout, before final confirmation and payment.

The amount may vary depending on the destination and the delivery method offered.

5. CARD PROTECTION

Particular care is taken when packing cards in order to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Cards are protected using packaging suited to their nature and value.

6. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are asked to check their delivery address carefully before confirming their order.

If an error is noticed after placing the order, the customer must contact Tokyo Collector Card as soon as possible at:

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to correct the address.

7. DELAY, LOSS OR DAMAGED PARCEL

In the event of a significant delay, a parcel not being received or an order arriving damaged, the customer is asked to contact Tokyo Collector Card at:

Please provide the order number and, in the event of damage, retain the packaging and, if possible, provide photographs of the parcel and the products received.

Tokyo Collector Card will assist the customer in handling the matter in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
